EZContact is an on-line contact manager, complete with calendar and e-mail list management utilities. Customers can add themselves to a site's contact list via the site's Feedback Form - no need for the site owner to receive information and retype it into another database software program.
Message CenterWebCenter Plaza's message center allows you to receive messages in real time on your website. Whether it's a customer service request, or additional product information request, WebCenter Plaza allows your visitors to leave messages for you 24 hours a day. You can check your messages as often as you like from any browser.
User StatisticsThe database is updated every night. Today's hits will be viewable tomorrow. Once contacts are in the Contact List - they can be added to one or more mailing lists. Site owners can send one e-mail message to any or all of their Mailing Lists with the click of a few buttons. No need to buy a bulk e-mail program or cut and paste e-mail addresses into messages.

WebCenter Plaza's base monthly rate allows you to include up to 2000 products in your on-line store. Your catalog software supports images, product descriptions, discount coding, custom shipping methods, tax methods and much more. Unlike other web-hosting companies, WebCenter Plaza does not base its charges on the number of products you offer for sale. WebCenter Plaza charges the same monthly fee whether your site contains 20 products or 2000 products.
